I remember as a child was receiving a handmade crochet purple poncho. At the time I didn't know how to crochet. But what I did know is that I loved that purple poncho with the pompom strings. As I learned to crochet I realized that special poncho was crocheted in the granny square style similar to some of these patterns featured here.
One of our favorites is the Open Shoulder Granny Poncho that features A stylish cold-shoulder design that's perfect for when you need just a little extra warmth.
Crochet using Premier Yarns Spun Colors worsted-weight yarn and Size H8/5mm crochet hook. Fits woman's sizes S/M (L/XL). Finished measurements: 48 (52)" across top edge x 26 (30)" long, measured flat.
