A Stained Glass Beauty!

Skill Level:  Intermediate

This afghan is inspired by the beautiful circular stained glass windows in the Cathedral of Sacre-Coeur in Paris, France.

What's cool about this afghan is that it can be made in 2 different sizes using the same pattern instructions.
It's suggested that you use Caron Simply Soft Yarn. If you knit the larger size you double the yarn throughout.

Knit with 5,000-9,000 yards (depending on the size) using U.S. size 7/4.5mm or 10/6mm 24"" circular needles.
  • Small size: 50" in diameter.
  • Large size: 70" in diameter.
What Colors would you use for this afghan?
You can use the colors as shown or change it up to match your decor or use different shades of one color. The black outline makes it look like stained glass.
