Easy to crochet Easter egg patterns

Yarn comes in a wide variety of pastel colors which makes crocheting a bunch of Easter eggs a fun crochet project. Easter eggs can be crocheted in pastel shades, bright colors, strips, solids, half and half, just use your imagination when deciding what type of egg to crochet.

Easter Eggs Free Crochet Pattern

Before you start making your crochet Easter eggs you will need to get some yarn in your favorite spring colors, some polyester fiberfill or you can use Styrofoam Easter eggs and tapestry needle. The size of the crochet hook usually ranges from a Size F to a Size G.
Easter eggs are crocheted in the round. The egg is worked in the round without joining. Be sure to place a marker at the beginning of the round and move the marker up as your progress.
There are several wonderful FREE crochet Easter egg patterns. Here are a few of my favorites.
