Wow! What a delicious Valentine Cake Recipe

This is a wonderful cake for any occasion but it does make a great Valentine's Day treat.

It's made from scratch and has a Strawberry Buttercream icing.   The filling is Strawberry and preserves.  You will need two 8 inch round cake pans, candy thermometer and baking spray for this cake.
